Sponsorship Giving
Each Fund Raiser sets up their own page by registering their name and email address. This will generate a unique link direct to that page, for use in their sponsorship request emails/letters. A search facility will be available to find a fund raiser's page if required.
The page can be personalized with a photograph and content. It will contain information on the Charity which is agreed by the Charity and cannot be changed by the Fund Raiser. The page will allow the fund raiser to set their Target and provide a visual of the amount raised so far.
The donator has to complete a short registration form of first name, surname and email address in order to make a donation and leave a message.
The good luck messages created by each donator are displayed behind the graphic emblems. As the cursor hovers over each one purchased a snapshot of the messages are displayed, by clicking the emblem the whole message can be displayed.
The system will generate an automatic, Charity branded email thanking each donator for their contribution. This email can contain agreed information on the Charity, its work, other marketing areas, opt in/out requests. Subject to data protection measures this information would form part of a Contacts Database.
Every time a donation is made a branded Charity email notifies the fund raiser and provides a link and grid reference to the message.
