Kurve Software is not responsible for the content of messages sent by Members. Kurve Software insist on registration and will log IP Addresses against email addresses. In the event of abuse, users information will be deleted and this IP address/email address will no longer be able to send messages through Kurve Software. Complaints are taken very seriously and in the event of serious abuse information held by Kurve Software may be passed to authorities investigating such abuse or misuse of the Site.

Inappropriate Images and Photographs

Kurve Software is not responsible for the images and photographs attached to any Messages. In the event of abuse or the uploading of inappropriate material by users, their information will be deleted and the IP address/email address will no longer be able to send messages through Kurve Software. Complaints are taken very seriously and in the event of serious misuse of photographs and images information held by Kurve Software may be passed to authorities investigating such abuse or misuse of the Site.

Membership/Registration

Kurve Software insists on holding basic information on any individual before a message or communication can be made. Kurve Software cannot verify or validate that the information provided is accurate and true.

E-mail delivery

Kurve Software uses its best endeavours to deliver all MyCards to recipients. However, many companies and some individuals, have security settings in place which will mean that emails containing links may be construed as unsafe and not delivered to the In Box. We recommend that all users of Kurve Software ask their address book of contacts to make Kurve Software a Safe Sender to ensure delivery is always possible. We recommend where possible to use personal email addresses which may avoid some of these problems. Unfortunately, Kurve Software cannot guarantee delivery in all cases.

We can not accept responsibility if, for reasons within or outside our control, the recipient of the e-card does not recieve the notification email, or is unable to view the card. We will endeavour to do all in our power to ensure the smooth running and availability of Our Web Site and the services it provides. 6. If you are unhappy with the service provided by Our Web Site, you have one month from the date when your subscription has been credited to our bank, to demand a full refund (minus any deductions or fees made by Paypal). Any other claims for a refund that falls outside this period will be dealt with on a case by case basis and will be at our discretion. We will only consider refunds based on grounds of technical difficulties or problems.

SPAM

Kurve Software is totally against SPAM and will not sell or give personal details to any third party company. Any emails sent to registered users will be to provide information and updates and special offers only.

Advertising

In order to provide Free services Kurve Software will have paid advertising on its site. Advertisers will not be privy to any information held by Kurve Software.
